Koleman Nix

Hi, I’m Koleman, a software engineer. My work is about making better software, and hopefully, by the time I am done, making software better.

I’ve designed and written entire SaaS platforms, programming languages, and high-performance low-level code that is deployed all over the world. I have a deep love for the game, and over 35,000 hours of experience writing software.

I’ve also played a breadth of roles in my journey: student, hobbyist, tester, programmer, teacher, coach, and executive; and I bring this wide lens of experience to every project I work on.

I’ve consistently worked in high-stakes industries where the bars for correctness, performance, and reliability are high: emergency response, security, legal and healthcare.

My aim these days is to continue to build great software, inspire and encourage others to do the same, and connect with people who are doing great work.
